Taiki Kou aka Sailor Star Maker:

Taiki Kou is the background vocal for the Three Lights who is the most intellectual one out of the trio. He also plays the keyboards and guitar.

 

His rival turns out to be Ami since they are both geniuses and him and Yaten believes that Seiya should stay away from Usagi after learning shes Sailor Moon, but eventually his and Yaten's views change towards Usagi as the end of the season nears.

Sailor Star Maker is Taiki Kou's true identity, who joins Star Healer and Star Fighter in search for Princess Kakyuu, his princess from Kinmoku.
