Seiya Kou aka Sailor Star Fighter:

Seiya Kou is the lead vocal for the Three Lights and is quite arrogant but also very childish. In the manga his rival turns out to be Haruka due to how he becomes the schools star athlete when Haruka held that title before the Kou trio appeared.

 

In both the manga and anime, you notice the attraction that Seiya eventually has for Usagi, even though it is completely unrequited. It is said that Usagi almost reminds Seiya of Princess Kakyuu, hence the attraction. Along with being the lead vocal for the Three Lights, Seiya also plays the keyboard and is even seen playing the drums.

Sailor Star Fighter is Seiya Kous true identity. She joins Star Healer and Star Maker in the search for their princess, Kakyuu.
