How it all began:

What is Sailor Moon?

What became of the beloved Anime/Manga?

From 1992 till 1997, Sailor Moon took off starting with 18 manga novels and spawned into an anime that had 200 episodes; that's five seasons! WOW! Three movies were made during the creation of the anime as well as a few specials. The manga and animes ended in 1997, but from 1993 all the way to 2005 a series of musicals were made, keeping the pretty girl magic alive! During 2003, a live action was created and given the name Pretty Girl Sailor Moon (PGSM), which also spawned their own musical performance. Of course videogames and soundtracks were created during the life of Sailor Moon and it still lives thru its fans! And in 2014, Sailor Moon Crystal was made to go along with the manga, including the art style. They even added extra goodies in the new series just to give it that extra oomph.
