Who is Michiru Kaiou?

​

Michiru Kaiou, in the English dub she's called Michelle, is the romantically involved partner of Haruka. She could be cold at times like Haruka, but is portrayed as very elegant and sophisticated and plays the violin. She too is a grade older than the inner senshi and has given up her own dreams to perform her duties as a sailor soldier.

​

When Sailor Saturn is reborn, she vows with Haruka and Setsuna to raise baby Hotaru and make her their family.

Soldier of Deep Waters, Sailor Neptune fights along side of Sailor Uranus using powers based on the ocean.

​

The Deep Aqua Mirror that she carries grants her special visions and reveals cloaked evil, this mirror turns out to be one of the three talismans that the Death Busters search for, the other two are carried by Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto.
