Ms. Haruna
Ms. Haruna is Usagi's Junior High teacher and often lectures Usagi for her laziness, lateness, and test scores.
Unlike the 90's anime, Ms. Haruna will not have filler episodes and act childish; instead she will just be Usagi's teacher.
Ms. Haruna doesn't last long like Naru and Umino, like the manga... her role in Sailor Moon Crystal is bound to drift off as well.

Umino is a nerdy kid in Usagi's class and always seems to pop into the girl's conversations with missing information and tips on what's going on. He's infatuated with Sailor V, informing Usagi, Naru and the others about Sailor Vs appearances.
Umino has the same fate as Naru in the manga... his presense is strong at first then eventually fades.

Naru starts off in Act 1 as Usagi's best friend. There are a few other girls who appear in the few episodes as Usagi's friends but eventually aren't seen as often. In the manga and Sailor Moon Crystal, Naru has a big role in Act 1 since her and her mother are the first victims by the Dark Kingdom. Naru then slowly drifts into the background while the other girls stories advance.
It is hard to say if Naru's character will advance since she didn't in the manga either. And luckily for those who were against her 'ship with Nephrite in the 90's anime, this will not be happening. Sailor Moon Crystal has other plans with Nephrite and the others of the Dark Kingdom.

Usagi's family consist of three others: her mother Ikuko, her father Kenji, and her brother Shingo.
Ikuko is usually seen rolling her eyes and smiling about her daughter constantly never waking up on time for school. In Act 1 she wishes Usagi was more ljke Sailor V, but soon like Sailor Moon, not realizing who Usagi's other form is. One thing we know for sure Ikuko hates are Usagi's test scores... 30's don't fly in this Tsukino household and in Act 1 you see Ikuko kicking Usagi out.
Kenji is rarely seen, especially in the manga. He first appears in Act 4 when he's getting ready for the Princess D ball.
Shingo is the typical brother always picking on Usagi, reminding her that she is a crgbaby and accident-prone. He makes his first appearance in Act 1 when Usagi is pushed outside by Ikuko.

Motoki
Just like in the manga and 90's anime, Motoki is the employee at the arcade who always greets Usagi and her friends. In Sailor Moon Crystal the girls blush over things Motoki says, but has not yet shown themselves in drooling mode.
Motoki has a role as big as Naru and Umino's. Since a lot of meetings happen at the arcade, it might be safe to say that Motoki won't fade away as quickly as the others. But we'll have to wait and see.
